Bernalillo County, Albuquerque, NM

When Bernalillo County was placed under a court order to reduce jail overcrowding, they turned to Ramtech for a modular solution that could meet their needs. Ramtech designed the project to provide multiple dormitory areas for over 900 inmates. The facility required miles of electrical and low voltage wiring to support the security systems and communications necessary to meet the strict operating and safety requirements.

FBOP, Big Spring, TX

When the Federal Bureau of Prisons faced overcrowding and a need to renovate the existing structures at its Big Spring location, Ramtech designed and built this minimum security dormitory to house the additional inmates while other permanent construction was completed. Included in the design of this project were support rooms for correctional officers and other personnel.
