Dillard University, New Orleans, LA Faced with a three-year time frame for renovations to their existing dormitory space and rapid growth in their enrollment, Dillard University was faced with an urgent need to expand its available housing. Ramtech designed and installed multiple housing units for several hundred incoming students in time to meet the current school session. Originally developed as an operating lease, the university was so pleased with the project that they made the decision to purchase the buildings. |

Residence Facility, Texcoco, Mexico Requiring a fast track approach, this multiple-unit apartment-style complex houses the personnel that operate a school, vehicle maintenance facility, printing plant, food preparation, and other services. Manufactured at Ramtech's plant in Mansfield, TX and delivered and installed in Texcoco north of Mexico City, this complex of buildings provided superior housing by using materials and components not readily available in the region. |
