NOAA, Ft. Worth, TX The National Weather Service Regional Forecasting and Broadcasting Group in Fort Worth required the developer/contractor to locate, develop, and maintain a suitable site for a 10,800 sq. ft. weather forecasting and broadcasting facility. This Ramtech-owned facility includes a tornado-proof personnel vault, and is leased to the Government using 10-year options. |

Fort Meade, Fort Meade, MD A Florida base closing required the relocation of the audio-visual training group to Fort Meade. The Corps Of Engineers were tasked with providing a temporary 152,000 sq. ft. modular training facility while a multi-story permanent building was developed and built. Ramtech provided the building and full-site development on a 56 month operating lease. |
