Past Experience
Since 1982 Ramtech Building Systems has been providing temporary and permanent modular building solutions to federal, state, and local government agencies. Over this period, we've built projects ranging in size from 1,500 square foot double-wide classrooms to 150,000 square foot facilities with full site development. We can do this by employing an integrated design-build construction approach that includes operating our own manufacturing plant and utilizing two flexible building systems:
- Traditional modular construction for small and large relocatable buildings
- Our Accelerated Building System for larger permanent buildings
Utilizing these two construction approaches has enabled us to meet budgets from as little as $45,000 for smaller temporary buildings, to over $17 million for large-scale permanent projects.
